Where are my Jersey people? Club Metro USA Fitness & Wellness Center - Jersey City is hosting a 5k on the 18th of October in support of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Hudson County. I have volunteered at this location and am an avid supporter of the BGC. Please join us for this race and worthy cause. I am hosting fun runs every TUES evening at 630PM and Sunday at 8AM starting at CLUB METRO JC to prepare for the race. If you want to prep or just want to exercise. COME out. The Mayor's Cup 5K is TWO WEEKS from Saturday!! Come join Mayor Steven Fulop for a fun and fit day!

The proceeds will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (Hudson County). We'd absolutely LOVE for ALL Club Metro members to be there!! Registration is $30 before race day and $35 the day of.

All participants will receive an event T-Shirt. Awards will be given to the top 3 overall male and female finishers. In addition, the top 3 male and female finishers in the following categories will receive an award: 18 & under, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and above.

We are incorporating Zumba, our next bootcamp and a new strength training bootcamp into this challenge. All our challengers from early in the year lost no less than 8-10 pounds in the first 10 days. If you missed it earlier this year, join us for our new one, and lose that excess weight from your 'happy summer days'.

THIS WEEK'S BOOTCAMP!!!!

Another fun filled bootcamp day!

We will be out at Chelsea Park. So, NOT the playground we usually go to. I know I reference that as Chelsea Park but it has a different name officially. Chelsea Park is between 9th and 10th avenues at 28th Street. There is a park with a field and track. We will meet there on the side closest to 28th street.

Monday and Wednesday 7pm
