Hola peeps. Since this is the antithesis of Trump. I can say no more.

This show is a larger ensemble cast of 10 that is onstage for the entire show. It requires good ensemble acting, it pushes boundaries, and and if there’s any theatre going on it’s the perfect time to do it.

It both espouses and stands against: racism, homophobia, misogyny, and much, much, much, more...you might get a free steak knife...

It’s [to put it politely] edgy. Field Scientist and his silent assistant follows a family group (alpha male & female, subordinate male & female, adolescent male and female) all white an outside male and female.

They start as chimps, then rednecks which ends as a wrestling match, 1950’s middle class that ends in the most racist game show ever, then upper class which ends in people’s court. Eventually they strip off their clothes become chimps again and kill alpha male. As Field Scientist protest...Jane hits him with the same blow dart as she has been tagging the animals with thru out the play.

She gives a moving monologue after they give necklace of power to subordinate female to leader. After shuffling around...it ends in their tableu of the evolution of man as a woman.

Blackout.

Very ant-Trump piece. Tho by hampenstance. It will read that way for years to come.

Colleges, community theatres, Lort Ds, and Regional theatres w/ a really thick skin.

Runs 90 minutes.

Interested in taking a look a play that was oddly ahead of it’s time? This thing reads better in the Trump Administration than it ever did during the Bush Administration.

It’s political and has the dark bite I always wanted: follow a familiar group as they evolve thru chimps, rednecks (ending in wresting match), 1950’s (ending in homophobic, misogynistic, racist game show) and upper class (w/ court sequence).

Our group devolves into chimps and kills the alpha male. Replacing him w/ subordinate female in the end and finishes with ‘evolution of man’ pose.

The whole story is narrated by a male field scientist and his female assistant who doesn’t find her voice or take control of his subtle influences until the end.

It’s a New Year. Do one hell of an ensemble non-PC show showing the the racism, misogyny, homophobic that brings down the Alpha Male...thru a hard fought comedy...if u dare...

You’ve got to have have a set to do it...but Social Darwinism is Worth ur time...and it will take down Trump in the Trump era...

Okay, you want an national award winning from the Kennedy Center ACTF: ensemble kick ass funny play for next season...It plays so well against the Trump Administartion
as well as: misogyny, homophobia, racism...by putting in your face...our chimp, redneck, 1950's middle class, upper class, family are live commented on by a field scientist and his asst. Fun, political, and pushes boundries. When done well it's amazing.

5m: 5w everyone is on stage the entire time. It's very challenging for actors and directors.

It ends with the what looks like the typical evoluation of man with a woman.

It requires a great deal from actors since they have to play the same familial role in 4 different classes.

But you will learn a great deal about yourselves. I would stick to the reviews of the professional or orignial productions.

FB says I should write something. Do this play? It’s a an amazing ensemble comedy that requires serious acting chops. And in the end you kill the Alpha Male who is a misogynistic, racist, homophobe...so u starts out as chimps, go to rednecks that end in a wrestling match, 1950’s middle class TV trope that ends in a game show, upper class that ends in a court scene, and back to chimps...which ends in killing the alpha male...then evolution of man ending in a woman during a poignant monologue taking a pause from the breakneck comedy...it really plays anti-Trump...

Yes, I’ll cut it for a one-act UIL piece of someone asks.
