My “Incredible Hulk” chia seeds pudding is full of protein and nutrience which will help your body build and repair muscle tissues faster. It will also serve as a source of energy, fueling your workouts and will keep you feeling full for longer. I usually add kiwis 🥝 but I forgot to buy some this time :( so green apple 🍏 and grapes 🍇 will have to do

Using resistance-bands to do your workout is incredibly simple, but also extremely effective at working your muscles. Additionally, it will help you boost stamina, flexibility, range of motion and can be use almost anywhere. They are perfect to pack and take it with you if you traveling since they are very light and don’t take much space in your luggage.
Here is basic routine which can be done anytime and anywhere! ~ Do 10-12 reps of each exercise and REPEAT each set 3x

Passion Fruit is full of vitamin C which is an important antioxidant that you need to get from your diet. It helps support a healthy immune system and “healthy aging”
