Champions Martial Art Borough Park Champions Borough Park's Master Benjamin Ha has been training in Taekwondo for over thirty years and Taekwondo (TKD) is a complete learning activity.

At Champions Borough Park each lessons is tailored to the students age and skill level. Every students begins by practicing basic patterns, forms, board breaking, kicking, blocking, striking and punching techniques. These fundamental skills will increase the students physical coordination, flexibility, balance and mental acumen. Taekwondo also emphasizes moral development. Children learn how to respect themselves, others and acquire self-restraint. The self-discipline that develops as a results of learning and practicing the techniques usually carries over into other areas of the students life. School grades and work production often improve as our pupil learns to focus on objectives or to work toward achievement. The self-discipline and self-respect which Taekwondo develops can additional provide the student with the skills and mindset necessary to resist most life pressures. We especially want to recognize and thank all of the parents who generously brought snacks, drinks, and food to share. Your kindness and support helped make the night extra special. Because of you, everyone was able to enjoy a fun evening filled with great food, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

My first AAU Taekwondo Tournament as a referee! 🥋
This was an incredible experience and a great opportunity to work alongside outstanding referees from Texas, Florida, New York, Maryland, and international officials from Colombia, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.

I’m truly grateful to my colleagues on the CMA Referee Team for all their support, and a very special thank you to Master Nadine Pace for her guidance, encouragement, and mentorship throughout this journey.

Looking forward to many more tournaments ahead! 🙏🥋
