Arthur Bodie Fitness is the results of a lifetime of Anatomical and Physiological studies and practical application in class since 1980 coupled with over 30 years of Dance.Fitness questions ? With this method I am not teaching movement everyone does that already where I always aspired to make a difference is how a movement is executed and that it is done with total awareness and control.

Hello everyone, I know it’s been a while since I last posted anything.
So a little update, the physical studio is permanently closed but I invite those of you who would like to continue working with me to join my fitness classes on zoom starting next month I will have all the information on how to do that to you.
