Like many I am mourning the loss of the legend that was Dolly Parton. An entrepreneur, humanitarian and artist of immense talent, integrity and empathy.

As of July 31, there were 122 food and beverage recalls in 2026, fewer than during the same period in 2025 and 2024. What stands out is the scale and seriousness of some outbreaks, including the massive Cyclospora outbreak.

At the same time, federal food safety capacity has been reduced and restructured, some FoodNet surveillance has been narrowed, and the FDA’s Food Traceability Rule has been delayed until 2028. The delay reduces the immediate compliance burden on companies while postponing a system designed to make foodborne illness investigations faster and more precise.

These changes are documented, not speculation.

We use exercise, song, movement, and story to bring people into the moment and move them in every sense of the word.

Yes, physiology matters. Heart rate matters.
Technique matters. But there’s an additional layer of meaning that we consider, we aspire to use exercise, song and movement to serve a story. You can move people in such a way that they also moved.

That doesn’t make H₂shO™️ less athletic—it makes it multidimensional.

One class. One catalogue. One emotional arc.
Our RAYE class isn’t a playlist you move to. It’s a story you move through.

Hope. Repetition. Disappointment. And the moment our heroine stops looking outward and finally recognizes her own worth.
