Congratulations to our 2025-2026 Junior Level students moving up to the Senior Level for the 2026–2027 school year!

As a new school year approaches, we’re taking those words with us from Irina Dvorovenko, who has taught at the Ellison Ballet Summer Intensive for four summers.

A distinguished ballerina and former principal dancer with ABT, Irina reminds our students that great dancing demands more than technique. It requires discipline, musicality, performance, and above all, the inspiration to keep growing.

A powerful reminder for the start of a new year.

Throughout the summer, students trained with an inspiring lineup of contemporary teachers who challenged our students to step outside their comfort zones, stay curious, and discover new dimensions of their artistry.

What an incredible way to begin a professional career! ✨

Just two weeks after joining Boston Ballet II, Caroline Haruki has been promoted to Artist with Boston Ballet’s main company.

Caroline graduated from EB in May 2026 and joined Boston Ballet II this summer. Such a rapid promotion is highly unusual, a tremendous recognition of Caroline’s talent and potential, and a testament to how her training at Ellison Ballet prepared her for the demands of professional company life.

We couldn’t be prouder of you, Caroline. Congratulations on this extraordinary achievement! 🩰👏
