Message from the GM
Anyone who knows me knows I love technology.
I use AI every day, and I honestly think we’re living through one of the most exciting periods of innovation. ⚛️⚛️
Fitness is changing just as fast. We have apps, wearables, smart equipment, and enough data to convince you your watch knows you better than your mom.✌️✌️
It’s amazing.
But here’s the thing.
The human body isn’t software. You can’t fix it with an update.
A machine can measure your heart rate. It can calculate the perfect weight. It can remind you to breathe ミ★ミ★
It can’t notice that your shoulder is compensating for an old injury. It can’t see you’re exhausted even though your numbers look great. It doesn’t know today’s leg day should probably become a stretching day. ㋡㋡
A great trainer does ✔︎
Technology gives us information.
Experience gives us judgment.
So yes, I’ll happily trust AI to organize my calendar.
But when it comes to my body? I’ll still trust a trainer. Not just any trainer - a David Barton trainer ✌️💃💃💃
Some things are simply better with a human touch.
