👍🏼Offload Drill 👍🏼

A simple evasion and support drill we did last week with our high school group! We begin with a 1v1 using footwork to beat the defender in a v shaped space. After the defender makes the tag he hits the deck and pops up into support. This creates a realistic timing of the pass and an acceleration by the support player.

The offload or pass coming from the attacker needs to happen after he’s done more footwork on the second player! Well executed and simple but effective.
