Postpone the caffeine, not your dreams. Let's get after it today!
Dr. Andrew Huberman suggests that delaying caffeine intake until about 90 minutes after waking can be beneficial because our bodies naturally produce cortisol, a hormone that helps us wake up, in the morning. By waiting to have caffeine, we allow our internal cortisol to do its work, potentially leading to more sustained energy levels throughout the day.
