A big shout-out and thank you to Carmine Raimondi and the Conference House Park team for giving our Fort Hamilton Senior Recreation Center members such a wonderful tour!

We had the opportunity to explore the historic H.H. Biddle House and Rutan-Becket House and learn more about the history on Staten Island. Carmine was a great tour guide and made the experience both interesting and enjoyable.

While we didn’t get a chance to tour inside the Conference House itself this time, that just gives us a reason to come back!

We couldn’t have asked for a better day. The weather was beautiful, and our members had plenty of time to walk around, take in the gorgeous waterfront views, and enjoy the scenery throughout Conference House Park.

Thank you to Carmine, NYC Parks, and the Conference House Association for welcoming us and helping make this such a great trip for our members. We look forward to visiting again!
