Did you know that our Cultivate community extends far beyond the mat?

We connect in so many ways and everyone is welcome to join us in whatever ways align with their interests (for freeeeeeeee).

☀️ Serving others through volunteering

☀️ Enjoying nature through hiking, paddle boarding, gardening, etc.

☀️ Supporting one another through common life experience

All of these groups can be found on our Cultivate Slack workspace where there exists a multitude of channels for an array of interests.

We are honored to steward this online community of 630+ individuals and look forward to growing even more from here.

As we bare witness to Mother Nature reawaken after a long winter slumber, we too have been blossoming! We’re seeing new students join us at all our of studios, we’re gratefully welcoming new Warriors into our community and the air is ripe with ideas on how we can continue to grow and serve out our mission.

Our Yoga for Men classes are accessible to any level practitioner - absolutely no yoga experience is necessary to join.

Cultivate is proud to support PRIDE in the CLE LGBT Center Cleveland again this year and we have t-shirts to show off our pride :)

All are welcome to march with us - whether you’re a Cultivate student or not… join us in the spirit of peace, love and acceptance.

These special Cultivate PRIDE tees are available for a limited time - order by 5/9 to receive it before the parade (link in bio).

The shirts are not at all necessary to march with us, just a fun option if you’re feeling called and a portion of the proceeds will support our mission of GIFT-BASED YOGA for ALL 🌈

This past month was about expanding what’s working for us, inviting in new experiences for our community and continuing to lay down our roots in Waterloo.

Do we have room to grow and for our numbers to be even stronger? Always… but right now we recognize that true success comes with every single intentional breath that is shared with us in our spaces.
