Posted • It’s been six years since Frantz had his first Muay Thai fight.
His first fight was an absolute disaster!
He gassed himself out in the first round throwing headkick after headkick, so much so that in the second and third rounds he could barely hold his hands up.
He survived, by using the Mohammed Ali “Rope-a-dope, and then puked his guts up immediately afterwards.
This was a huge turning point for Frantz.
He learned in that fight that talent wasn’t enough. He had to be fitter.
Doubling down on his roadwork, adding sprints and resistance sprints into the mix, he came back strong in his next fight.
6 years later, with 23 fights under his belt, he is still learning lessons with every fight.

Next Friday, December 13, 2024, Frantz faces Panamanian star, Benedicto Chang on Warriors Cup.
