It’s interesting how much shame we put ourselves through when we feel “off track”… But if things were supposed to go exactly as we wanted, there would be no point to life. We would not be able to learn or improve. So rather than focusing on how you “messed up” or went “off track” focus on how you’re continuing to show up anyway. Both faith and uncertainty require stepping into the unknown anyway. Hope this helps!

The wind was a paid actor Losing weight ≠ looking “toned” Getting “toned” is about: -strength training 3-5x a week -hitting your protein/ macro goals -getting steps in and yes, regular cardio, but cardio is NOT the focus. Questions on any of this? Drop em’👇🏼

You are not special… Which is actually a good thing. It means you can get results the same way as everyone else. Whether your goals be fat loss, muscle gain or maybe both It all comes down to the same things: -calorie and macro targets -strength training 3-5x a week -7-10k steps a day If you want to make extreme progress, become excellent in the macros, not in the micros. The reason you’re unhappy with life 👇🏼 You have this feeling deep down that you were meant for more than the standards you’re living. That small voice is the spirit leading you to who God is calling you to become. The more you ignore it, the less it comes to you. Stop ignoring your potential. Tune into that still, small voice, & that will make all the difference in the way that you see yourself, and the way you serve others by aligning with your God given purpose. Hope this helps:)
