I’ve given birth 3 times in under 9 hours with zero tearing. This is the pelvic floor prep I wish every pregnant mom understood. 👇

No more endless kegels. No more panic-Googling. No more wondering if your pelvic floor is too weak, too tight, or just mad at you!!

Inside my 30-minute Birth-Ready Pelvic Floor masterclass, these things will finally sink in:

✅ Why kegels aren’t the answer

✅ How to know if you’re properly relaxing and engaging your pelvic floor

✅ Troubleshooting for annoying pelvic floor issues like leaking p*e or a prolapse

After this masterclass, you’ll know:
• how to actually relax your pelvic floor (not just tighten it)
• what to do when you feel pressure, leaking, or discomfort
• how to work with your body during pregnancy and labor

Here’s how to get the birth of your dreams:

ahhh if only it were that easy!!

We don’t have control but we do have influence, and mindset goes a long way!

Here’s what my client Claire told me:

“I started doing yoga with Sarah to prepare for a VBAC, but she ultimately helped me get into a much better headspace around birth. Thank you, Sarah!”

She went on to have a peaceful, calm, beautiful c-section with her second baby (after a traumatic birth with her first).

Because it’s not just about “outcomes.” It’s about how YOU experience your birth.

A calm nervous system goes a long way in birth, especially when things don’t go as planned.

And believe it or not, learning to relax the pelvic floor actually helps calm your nervous system, which is exactly what I teach in my Birth-Ready Pelvic Floor masterclass.

Here’s what I mean:

If your nervous system is on alert, your muscles tense up.

If your muscles tense up, that includes your pelvic floor.

If your pelvic floor is tensing up, your labor’s not progressing.

If your labor’s not progressing, your chances of c-section and interventions increases dramatically.

If your pelvic floor is tensing up, you’re basically trying to push a baby through a brick wall.

And instead of yielding and allowing your baby to exit smoothly, your tight pelvic floor is literally torn open to let baby out.

I’ve given birth 3x each in under 9 hours with no tearing.
I’ve helped 100s of moms have peaceful and empowering births by understanding how the nervous system and the pelvic floor actually work.

It’s not random. It’s committing yourself to training your body and your mind for the birth you dream of so that you can enjoy those newborn days and not be stuck sitting on a donut pillow for weeks on end.

This is exactly what I teach inside Birth-Ready Pelvic Floor, my 30-minute masterclass you can literally watch from your couch tonight.

When we accept these things as normal, random, or “bad luck,” we assume we have no part to play in them.

That there’s nothing we can do to try and prevent them or make it better.

But in fact, tearing in labor is not always random! 👀

Tearing can happen because the pelvic floor is so tight that baby basically forces his way through, causing damage.

One of THE simplest things you can do for birth prep is to:

✨relax your pelvic floor✨

This can help
✔️shorten your labor time
✔️reduce tearing

And leading up to labor, a relaxed pelvic floor can help with annoying symptoms like:
😬 painful s*x
😬 constipation
😬 leaking p*e
😬 that heavy feeling “down there”

We accept these things as normal, random, or a “bad luck,” part of pregnancy and birth.

But when we see them for what they really are, we learn we have more power than we realized.

That we can train our bodies to influence our birth toward what we’re actually envisioning.

This is exactly what I teach inside my Birth-Ready Pelvic Floor masterclass.

Friend, it’s time to learn to relax your pelvic floor.

Here’s what happens:

Fear makes your body tense up.

A tense body makes labor harder and tearing more likely.

The very thing you’re afraid of becomes kind of self-perpetuating and becomes more probable!

You don’t have to just cross your fingers and hope for the best.

You don’t have to just grin and bear it, white-knuckling your way through labor.

You can actually teach your body how to relax to help your labor progress and to minimize tearing.

This is exactly what I teach inside Birth-Ready Pelvic Floor, my 30-min masterclass that teaches the art of unlocking the pelvic floor for the birth you want.
