Most fitness content is noise. Let this be a signal for the greater change that you’ve been seeking
With the team sport of basketball being a huge impact on the majority of my life, along with the individual discipline and solitude that came with learning boxing in my youth, I had no idea how much it would shape my future. Even further, 18 years in corporate accounting gave me additional business savvy and leadership skills that gave me more lead way in discovering my purpose.
I never felt the need to deliberately compete with anyone at any given point in my life. I just wanted to be as great as I can be at anything that I ever put my mind, body, and spirit in to. It comes with a slew of challenges — and at times, you might even question your decisions in which at the time, they were solid as a rock. What I say to that? Trust the journey and stay the course.
It’s one of the reasons why I wrote this ebook guide, which is now integral part of my continuing fitness journey. I wish I thought about writing something like this guide a decade ago, but things happened when they’re supposed to take place. God’s timing is always perfect is how I look at it. The guide — in a nutshell is my mindset, boxing drills, strength & conditioning, and nutrition tips built for people who are executives, industry leaders, CEOs, founders, high-performing professionals and athletes who demand greater change, accountability, and excellence in their training.

🏆 I want to build some camaraderie around the contents of the eBook. If you make a purchase, return back to this post and comment, “FASTED”or “FED” — Chapter 3 settles the debate for good.
