Parents of younger kids!! This is for you if you:
-spent thousands of dollars this summer to send your kids to camps or other childcare programs
-had to change up your normal routine to accommodate having kids at home, so you got less work done than you wanted to
-spent most of your emotional energy on modeling good behavior and self-regulation for your kids
