_Having the right Mechanics is very important in sports, especially shooting a Basketball 🏀
I’ll be working on how to shoot a ball properly on a video soon, so stay tuned!

من الأخطاء التي يقع فيها المدافع هي تركيز على شيء واحد( الكرة أو المهاجم) ❌
إذا حدث هاذا للمدافع فهو يجعل عملك في الهجوم سهل ، إقراء الدفاع و أخذ الفرصة ✅
أريد كل المدافعين بالتركيز عليهما معاً، المهاجم الذي تراقبه و الكرة حتى إذا لم تكن في جهتك.

One of the mistakes that happens to the defense is focusing on one thing either the ball or the man.❌

If this happens, that makes it easy for you on Offense, read the defense and take advantage of what they give you ✅

To all players if you play defense try to shoot both 🔫🔫 the ball and your man. That would make you a solid defender.
