Every Built Tough class begins with a thorough warm-up, where we warm up the muscles and review the movement patterns we’re about to use in our workout.
The majority of the class is spent completing 1-2 workouts that combine strength & conditioning, functional movement, and endurance elements in various ways. All movements can be completed with or without weights, and coaches and will modify any movement for your ability, injuries, or just what you do and don’t feel like doing on any given day 😆
Often times, we finish class with some assistance work to hit shoulders, hips, core, or other muscles that don’t otherwise get a lot of love ✌️
