TOP 8 REASONS PEOPLE BECOME OVERWEIGHT AND CAN NOT LOSE THE EXTRA POUNDS:
1) They do not understand or unravel the food industry's play-book. (They invite them into their house through TV every day).
2) Advertisements are feeding them lies. (They are very good and make millions).
3) Soda, beverages, beer, and liquor will cost them a lot, the rest of their life. (They do not really need them, water is free and healthier).
4) They do not believe in their ability and strengths. (This includes most people).
5) They do not understand that the best method is to eat fewer calories than burn.
6)They neither know how to put a complete program together, nor have the motivation and accountability to see it through.
7)They do not have a workable plan of action to integrate the nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle components required for success.
8) They do not have the support system required to make the lifestyle changes necessary not only for achieving their goals, but also for maintaining them for life.
