It is not secret than humans beings where designed to be a lot more active than most of us correctly are in the modern - day screen heavy existence. You do not have to give up hope of a long life if you are pressed for tons of time to move every week. This year a new study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that those who engage in moderate or vigorous exercise 150 minutes a week had lower all cause mortality. That translates to just 22 minutes of moderate to intense exercise per day. Those who got those 150 minutes per week showed a lower risk of early death from all cause mortality, cardiovascular disease, and cancer mortality. It is time to start positive changes in your life, eat smarter and find a very good coach that will help you navigate, to a new path in life that will make you live longer and helthier.

My advice to everyone is no amount of Exercise or a food eating plan will help a long fitness plan, or weight goals if first do not establish a mental plan for eating better, getting some form of exercise, followed by improvement of sleep wich is vital. Then as we are going forward we can increase the time and amount of exercise, both with strategic weight lifting and aerobic exercises.
If you had try numerous times to lose weight, and then you gain the pounds back, i have the knowledge to put a complete program, support you and make the lifestyle changes necessary to not only achieve your goals but also maintain them for life. A 6 months to a year plan it is enough to change your life forever. And I can quarantee the results.

TOP 8 REASONS PEOPLE BECOME OVERWEIGHT AND CAN NOT LOSE THE EXTRA POUNDS:

1) They do not understand or unravel the food industry's play-book. (They invite them into their house through TV every day).
2) Advertisements are feeding them lies. (They are very good and make millions).
3) Soda, beverages, beer, and liquor will cost them a lot, the rest of their life. (They do not really need them, water is free and healthier).
4) They do not believe in their ability and strengths. (This includes most people).
5) They do not understand that the best method is to eat fewer calories than burn.
6)They neither know how to put a complete program together, nor have the motivation and accountability to see it through.
7)They do not have a workable plan of action to integrate the nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle components required for success.
8) They do not have the support system required to make the lifestyle changes necessary not only for achieving their goals, but also for maintaining them for life.

Psychological Benefits of Exercise.

Promotes positive mood, reduces stress, improve sleep, reduces depression and anxiety.
Many times people who exercise report feelings good after a workout. Feeling good means different things for different people, but it mainly signifies a positive mood encompassing feelings of satisfaction. People will often feel energized after exercise, which leads to a more positive outlook on life. Exercise also promotes feelings of relaxation and stress reduction, alertness, improved ability to concentrate and focus, all leading to a positive mood and less anger.
The great Dalai Lama teaches that anger comes from dissatisfaction mind.

Exercise should definitely be a part of your overall approach to weight lost, because it is proven. Not to mention the list of other health benefits. Losing weight also requires dedication to a plan that supports long terms healthy habits.

10 STEPS FOR HEALTHIER YOU.

1) Accept responsibility for where you are today. (it is ok).
2) Visualize your self healthier in one year. (you can do it).
3) Go to the nearest book store, or cvs pharmacy and get a notebook. (if you can, walk there or park your car one, or two blocks away).
4) Get a scale. (go on it every morning and write that number on the notebook. Take a picture of that number every first of the month and save it).
5) While you have breakfast write in your notebook how you can improve on your self today. (do not forget to put the date).
6) Understand that every year will be harder. (it is only going to be easier for you. You will have that notebook to prove it).
7) Ask everyone in your family for support. (they will be your best supporters).
8) That journey is 40% emotional, 30 diet and 30 fitness. (anyone can do it)
9) Focus more on the positive results. (no the activity).
10) Get the best coach you can get. (If you need a doctor get the best. If you need a college with the best teachers do the same).
