Stick, Knife, and Panantukan with Sifu Frank Polanco
Classes held Friday nights 830 pm at NY San Da 247 W 35th Street between 7th and 8th Ave. Everyone is welcome. These classes will focus on practical techniques which are important for self defense.

The return of our self defense workshops!

Considering the changing environment we live in, we are now offering self protection and self defense workshops open to ALL.
You will not only learn physical techniques of self defense but also proven strategies and tactics to AVOID danger.

Sifu David Ross has taught self protection and self defense to thousands of NY'ers. He has also consulted with and trained law enforcement officers in New York, New Jersey and Washington DC.
