7 months of online coaching 🤍

This is what body recomposition really looks like.
She came to me postpartum, wanting to lower her body fat % while rebuilding strength and confidence in her body — and she did exactly that 👏🏽

We focused first on:
• creating sustainable habits
• customized nutrition (not extreme)
• structured training that fit her life

Once her body responded and her foundation was solid, we shifted gears ➡️ now we’re in a muscle-building phase, especially focusing on her legs and overall strength 💪🏽

✨ 145 lbs → 131 lbs
✨ Stronger. Leaner. More confident.

This didn’t come from quick fixes.
It came from consistency, patience, and a plan that made sense for HER body.

So proud of you 🫶🏽
