You are the creator of your reality

Where your focus goes, energy flows baby

What are you choosing to focus on? What do you believe to be true of this world? Of this lifetime?
What do you believe is possible?

Each of these answers is influencing you’re every day reality whether you are consciously aware of it or not

So I invite you to become even more intentional with the reality you choose to give your energy to

I invite you to take stock in where your beliefs are currently operating from—is it expansion and your highest self? Or is it rooted in something else?

I invite you to look deep within your soul and draw out YOUR true beliefs

Own them
Own their bigness
Own their potential
Own their beauty

And start moving with even more strategic intention toward that vision

I wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for the beliefs I held onto and the ones I (not always so) willingly released

Ya know, like, going off continuous birth control for the first time in over 15 years 👀

Listen, with over 20 years under my belt with endometriosis there have been plenty of times I wished things had been different, especially in the beginning.

Heck I walked the path from Stage 3 to Remission practically blind at what I was doing so there were understandably bumps along the way.

But when I look back
I realized that the times I WISHED things were different
Were all the times I wasn’t listening to my SOUL

I was sitting having myself a pity party

Sometimes I had heard my soul loud and clear
Sometimes it was barely a whisper that only my body could hear

Either way, I had ignored my soul’s advice

Why?

Because doing so would’ve required me to go against the advice of my family or my medical team

It would have required me to stand up
be seen and
speak my truth

And that felt way too scary for such a long time.

I’d have thoughts like
“Who are YOU to go against a doctor’s advice?”
“You don’t know enough about your body to make THAT call!”

And so I’d stay quiet

Until eventually I couldn’t stay quiet anymore

And THAT is when I started actually LIVING - not just surviving

When I found my voice + started to use it

is when I started “going against the grain” — getting loud, sticking to my boundaries, demanding a laparoscopy, demanding 2nd and 3rd opinions, the list goes on

Some saw it as being “too loud” or “rocking the boat”

I say I was self-advocating

Using my voice to live MY life

The life I KNEW in my soul I deserved to live

Even when I couldn’t see the path
Even when I didn’t believe remission would be part of that future

And following the faith in my soul
Led me to 10 years pain free
before even reaching remission

The secret to make going against the grain easier
was having an undeniable trust in myself
in my soul, and
in my higher power

If you do not have aligned AF brand partnerships already working for you in your business you could be leaving massive amounts of money, impact, and visibility on the table

Seriously. I’ve been in both of these places.

And I believe wherever you are in your journey with visibility is perfect for you in this moment.

The question is not where you are
The question is
Where do you desire to be?

Bcz if where you are is exactly where you desire to be then GREAT! You have arrived! 🤗

It only takes 17 seconds for like to attract like and snowball in either direction

so taking 60 seconds throughout the day sets a decent foundation to move forward on with the energy I desire to manifest

Why this works Part 2:

I believe am the co-creator of my life and my own experience. I am also capable of experiencing multiplicity of emotions simultaneously, while maintaining a specific vibration.
Note: this took practice — and something I teach my clients how to practice.

While I may not be living (currently) exactly—or even remotely—how I desire to be living, I get to choose where I will focus my energy and attention to.

For example, if I am experiencing physical pain I have a few options.

Let’s highlight two:

1️⃣ Focus on the pain and how much I desire it to “go - away” and how unhappy I am to be experiencing this —which would breed more lack energy if held for longer than 17 seconds.

Or

2️⃣ Focus on how much this experience strengthens the power of the desire to live free and strengthening those feelings of love, gratitude, and peace, and joy I will feel when I am living free—which would breed more of these higher vibration feelings if held for longer than 17 seconds.

Common downfalls I’ve encountered in this practice:
Whichever I choose to focus on will attract more of what I’m focusing on—energetically, vibrationally.

So if I am only SAYING the words I desire to feel, without actually feeling them then my vibration may not be matching what I’m trying to call in, which can result in resistance.

Why this works Part 3:

The brain cannot tell the difference between imagination + “real” experience.

So the more I operate seeing + feeling my life a certain way—especially during segmenting—the more the brain has exposure to that reality and desires to show me more of the like.

I can train my brain to expect certain feelings and sensations with certain memories (real or imagined) and THIS is how I tap into the vibration I desire to call in on-demand.
