*New Moon in Sagittarius* late night reflections flow: my students know I talk all the time about : yoga holds this harmony between effort and ease, sweat and surrender, fire and flow. But only those who know me pretty deeply know that I preach what I most need. The is, between having a , so fully loving what I do, and being compelled on a mission to ceaselessly, I’m often a bit of a . As my dear sister Austin TX Wild Woman Project Circle helped me to realize, my last TRUE (when I wasn’t working, training, in a wedding, tending to family, or otherwise engaged in a ‘role’) was in 2012. It’s challenging for me to feel fully worthy of full release and . But these three days in the , alone on this in my initiates a for me of sorts. I’m going to to now and then. I’m going to treat myself as I want those I love and work with to do. I’m going to work hard in order to play hard AND hard. I’m going to from a place of both and tangible. Yes, I’m still getting some work done (I cannot help myself~juicy and for my IS what comes through when I invite in !), but it’s intentional, on a timer, and all in for an 2019 and beyond!
