Anahid Sofian Studio Middle Eastern Dance and Music

Established in 1972, the studio offers instruction in traditonal Arabic, Turkish, and North African styles; Beginner to Professional levels, special workshops and an annual Intensive. Classes encompass all aspects of Oriental Dance -- complete vocabulary and technique, finger cymbals, rhythms and music, veilwork, floorwork, costume making, structured improvisation and choreography.
