I almost tapped out of therapy last week, because I wasn’t really getting what I wanted out of the experience.
What’s so cool; is that when you know what you want, you can hold the responsibility of actually getting it.
That included me evaluating what was working, what didn’t work, and what I wanted to do differently— on my own.
And then having the ability to advocate for my desires by communicating that to my therapist simply and clearly, without making her or myself wrong for what’s happened up until now.
When you really know and understand that YOU are always contributing to & creating the experience you’re having…
Then you can choose to be responsible for & proactive about having the experience you want to have, more of the time.
Statistically speaking, that’s literally how you increase the odds of experiencing what you really want.
You also eliminate so much frustration, disappointment, or anxiety when something isn’t going as planned or expected.
Life stops being a dead end and you step back into conscious creation✨
You don’t stop at signs of “failure” and instead, you just evaluate and adjust— which only always brings you closer to what you really want.
Your life is one giant reflection of your inner world.
The quality of your life experience directly reflects the quality of your thinking.
