HYROX is back! 💪

For this 12-week block, our weekday HYROX class will alternate between Tuesdays and Thursdays, while continuing every Sunday at 12 PM.

2026 CHALLENGE WRAP UP

Congrats to all the Challenge Participants!

45 Days of hard work, discipline, and healthy habits are tough things to stick to, but the Challengers did a fantastic job.

From healthy SuperBowl recipes to max meters on one of the hardest classes in Peak Phase, I hope the challengers see what they are capable of and take some of these habits with them in their everyday routines!

Thank you to everyone who showed up for the Challenge Party at City Tavern and congrats to all the winners!
