We're thrilled to be partnering with Garmin for our Summer in the Gym and Win Challenge during the month of August.

This Challenge is adding motivation to end summer strong with the chance to win exciting prizes and learn about common fitness tracker metrics.

NYSC trainers will also be using Garmin devices and showing members how best to integrate a fitness tracker into their routines through our Instagram. Follow along to learn more about how you can incorporate fitness trackers into your gym routine.

Michael Murphy who was killed in action. The event is held annually on Memorial Day (Monday, 5/29), to honor all those who have given their lives in service to our country. Stretch your quads! It is a common to stretch these muscles as part of a warmup or cool down, especially for lower-body workout routines as well as cycling, running, and yoga.

Hold the stretch for at least 30 seconds on each leg and deepen the stretch slowly and carefully. Avoid stretching beyond your normal range of motion.

Take the time to stretch, your muscles will thank you!
