It’s not goodbye, it’s see you later!

To the next chapter in F45 training, in life, and career. Monday will be my last day as a coach. To the members I want to thank you for the consistent energy, love and determination in each class you have given. You guys are truly the best community I’ve been apart of and it made me coming into Coach each day enjoyable with laughter, smiles and some wonderful conversations. I will be back to sweat with you all in class!

To the coaches along the way, I cannot thank you enough for the knowledge and friendships you have given me! You all are the anchor to this industry and I had the pleasure of working with each of you! Team you will always be the best and keep thriving individually, and as a team ! I look forward to playoffs 🙃

Lastly, to my next chapter in F45 Training, I will be the new Manager of and starting my new journey! I cannot wait to create new friendships, become apart of a new community in the Lincoln Sq location! You better get ready, Team!
