Zone entry drill:

Change of speed/deception on entry, F2 timing the scissor down the wall, then making a play under pressure. Read defender’s stick and make a pass, then a quick catch & release by F1.

Drill breakdown:

Zone entry → use eyes/head, feet, and hips for deception → attack middle to force the D to cross their feet → weight shift outside → protect down the wall → cutback to create separation → protect back up the wall → roll the circle → get a shot.

Manipulating feet, owning the wall, and building separation through controlled puck protection.
