DO40 member Tara Memi would like to offer members a free intro to a dance class she teaches at BeMoved. BeMoved is a dance wellness class created by Sherry Zunker. It’s a gentle, well- crafted class which allows dancers of all abilities to stretch, connect, and feel all the dance class feels without the risk of injury.

Tara is a retired Radio City Rockette (1998-2012) and has many years of teaching experience including 4 years of work as an assistant choreographer for the Rockettes. She was also on faulty at Pace University (2014-2021), as well as Associate Choreographer for the Rockette Summer Intensive (2014-2019). Tara began teaching BeMoved in 2024 on Carnival Cruise Lines and here in NY.
