This song brings back so many memories from when I choreographed “Phantom of the Opera” with our ballet company. This song started with Tanya Vincent and Coby Vincent, then continued with my niece, Kendra Frank, now a professional ballerina, and Sarah Pertile, my two beautiful little ballerinas all grown-up. Every time I hear it, I shed tears. I miss you all so much, and I cherish all our memories!
Being a ballet teacher has always been my top priority in life, and I miss it dearly. I want to give a special shoutout to Stephanie Burke, the BEST President of the Cape Cod Ballet Company who supported all my dreams! I could have never accomplished so much in the ballet world without all the hard work we did together.
And to my beautiful Clara, Victoria Diamond and her mom, Tricia Victor Diamond who believed in me with more friendship I could have ever wished for! And Sandra Nickerson and Sandra Hansen thank you for always being there for me!
And to my children who took a back seat to my ballet world including my little baby mouse, my daughter, Alexandria Jade Vages-Caeran. To my husband, Jimmy, who I love very much and has to constantly listen to all my ballet stories and never tells me to stop talking.
I truly hope there will be more dance dreams to come. Remember, never give up on believing in your dreams! Hard work pays off… I Can & I Will!
