This is the official account for Lund Boats. This page is meant to provide an enjoyable experience to fans of our brand and we welcome all questions and commentary. We also have some community guidelines to make sure everyone has the best experience while they’re here. If you have a customer service issue, we recommend you contact Lund customer service for the fastest path to
resolution. You may email [email protected] We also respond to most comments on our Facebook wall. Only comments from the official Lund Boats page (http://www.Facebook.com/Lundboats) should be considered representative of Lund Boats. Any other advice or postings on this page do not represent Lund Boats in an official capacity. If you have an issue relating to warranty claims, service issues, dealer relations, or other issues we cannot assist with on Facebook or other social channels, we recommend contacting Lund Boats Customer Service using the methods listed above. While the Social Team will assist with directing you to the proper contacts for customer assistance and dealer relations, we will not address specific engine issues, troubleshoot technical problems, comment on warranty claims or provide extensive service advice. We reserve the right to remove commentary that is disruptive to the overall community and/or reveals personal information (phone numbers, email addresses, engine serial numbers, etc.). To receive assistance from the Lund Social Team, send a direct message to the page using the message button at the top of the timeline. By using or accessing the Lund page, you agree to comply with Facebook's Terms and Conditions (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms). Any content that is a violation of these terms is contrary to our company values or does not contribute to the overall community will be deleted. Facebook has an automatic spam filter and some posts may be hidden unintentionally as a result. If your post is hidden by this automatic filter and does not violate our house rules, we will un-hide the post for public viewing. Some examples of what will not be tolerated on our wall:

- Anything to do with a legal issue, legal case, or attorneys. This includes legal action involving Lund Boats, soliciting individuals to engage in legal action against Lund Boats, or offering other legal advice.
- Posting of any personal information including, but not limited to, email address, phone number, or other personally-identifying information. Lund Boats reserves the right to remove any posts that don’t adhere to our guidelines as listed above. We also reserve the right to block anyone who violates these guidelines from posting on our page.
