Been a bit quiet on the race page lately but doesn’t mean we haven’t been busy behind the scenes

Had our first race back in the states Saturday night.
Had to roll around as black Betty as we’re still waiting for stickers an we were eager to race

We went over to wartburg speedway
Hotlaped 8th
Qualified 6th
Finished 4th

Overall solid first night in the CVR Race Cars, looking forward to the next one

Aussie title recap
We had good car speed an felt comfortable but no luck.

We had practise on the Friday an made a few tweaks an got 4th overall. An felt like we had a solid piece

Qualified 4th quick

1st heat Started pole of heat 4 an got the win but a few engine gremlins started appearing
Rest of the night got washed out.

2nd day
2nd heat Started out of 10th from the invert an got up 6th on the 2nd lap but 2 cars infront of me got tangled up an left me no where to go dnf

3rd heat started 3rd an got contact from another car an cutting my tire down, dnf

With us still having some engine gremlins we decided to withdraw an live to fight another day.

Race re cap of the Super sedan Australian title & the modified sedan Victorian title

The super we had a
Heat 1 9 - dnf flat rr
Heat 2 4 - 1st
Heat 3 5 - 4th
Heat 4 2nd - 1st
That put us out of 7 for the A main and finished 5th

In the modified had a rough weekend
Heat 1 9 - 3 but after contact with another car it sent us into the wall and sustained substantial rh side damaged

Heat 2 dns as we were still fixing the damage & with such quick turn around time

Heat 3 6 - 2nd

Put us out of 11 for the a main. Gained a few spots but had a bolt in the front end snap from the contact in the first heat. We are fast just had no luck at the minute hopefully it turns around soon.

But never the less Thankyou to everyone that helped

Won the pole shuffle
Feature - Was running 2nd for a few laps tben got to the lead and unfortunately got squeezed by a lap car that was coming up the track and rode its wheel and that put me up onto 2 wheels and left me an kye no where to go. Sorry to kye for getting caught up in it but was out of my control.

Overall had an awesome weekend and learnt a lot
Our heat results were
Ht 1 5 - 2
Ht 2 9 - 1
Ht 3 3 - 1
Ht 4 8 - 2
Ht 5 2 - 1

And for the A main started on pole had an awesome race with wicksy going on and got to the lead battling through traffic an unfortunately 26 or so laps in went into 1 and car lost all go, I tried to get out the way of everyone else as quick as I could but at that speed everything happens to quick. Sorry to everyone that got caught up in the incident
