Summer Update 5/31
Announcements:
- Summer Rehearsals this week on Tues, June 2nd and will be as follows:
*Philadelphia Parade Rehearsal, 9a - 12p* is REQUIRED for those who are performing in the Philadelphia, PA parade this July.
*Marching Band Rehearsal, 1p - 4p* is REQUIRED for ALL (new and returning) students who will be in marching band this fall.
- All physical forms are due Tuesday June 2nd at the scheduled rehearsal. Any student who has not turned in a physical form will be removed from the band roster.
- Visit the band website (claiborneband.org) to keep up to date with the Blue Battalion Band, view/download important documents, and see how you can help support the band. You can also follow us on our social media accounts.
Make sure you are staying healthy (washing hands, not eating/drinking after one another, etc). It is important that we have EVERYONE at each rehearsal, performance and competition.

- **Independence Day Parade in Philadelphia, PA**
Thursday July 2nd - Sunday July 5th
(This event is only for those eligible students who were part of the fall 2025 marching band and have turned in the permission forms to attend.)
- Pre Camp for all new members, all percussion, and all guard
Thurs 7/16 and Fri 7/17, 8a - 12p
- Band Camp, Mon 7/20 - Fri 7/31
Week 1: 8a - 5p, Week 2: 8a - 9p, Dismiss @ 2p on Wednesdays
**Unless otherwise noted, events are required for band all members**
