There’s something pretty satisfying about watching a hammock come together. 💜✨

This little time-lapse is me tying up one of our Flying Beach Yoga aerial hammocks — made locally, by hand, by a woman-owned small business. Every hammock gets a little time, care, and love before it’s ready to fly. And yes… I’ll make one for you, too! 🥰

But first — come fly with me TODAY!

🧘‍♀️ Aerial Yoga
⏰ 10:30 AM
📍 Kula Yoga | New Smyrna Beach

Come stretch, strengthen, decompress, hang upside down, laugh a little, and experience yoga from a whole new perspective. Beginners are welcome — you don’t have to be flexible or have any aerial experience. Just come ready to play! 💜

And if you fall in love with the hammock (it happens 😉), you can have one of your very own.
