Spruce Creek Mtb Trail Keeping the community informed & involved on the conditions, plans & events at Spruce Creek trails in the Doris Leeper Preserve.

Volusia County Sheriff Deputies enforce park rules. Anyone can call the non-emergency line at 386-943-8276 to report! A beginner/intermediate biking skill level singletrack that can test your riding skills, from the ups & downs to the rooty and sandy section. The trail total about 15 miles of mostly shaded sections. HELMETS ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED and is Florida law for riders under 16 years of a

ge. We are a part of the Flagler Area Biking club which is a chapter of SORBA / IMBA. The club covers 3 counties and works to improve our biking experiences. Help our trail and other local trails by joining our club. For more information on joining, you can go to our website at www.flaglerbiking.com. There are 2 trailheads with the main being at 2194 Creek Shore Trail, NSB, FL 32168 and the second located at 1755 Martin Dairy Rd, NSB, FL 32168.

Heads up riders! Tomorrow, 1/27/2026 Volusia County will be at the Martin Dairy trailhead installing fencing. Just be cautious when heading out that way and be mindful of the equipment and likely obstacle when crossing/parking there.

8 years ago today, original Trail Hogs (missing a few including Jon Rodgers), wrapping up the Borrow Pit Loop completing the first iteration of West Trial when it was 2 way. These are just a few of the many volunteers donating their time and money over the decades to make this trail system happen. We appreciate all of you!

Just an aside and awareness for the page and visitors to Doris Leeper. E-Dirtbikes or throttle assisted bikes are not permitted on the Preserve.

If you see any knuckleheads attempting to head out onto the trails, we’ve been instructed to use the VCSD non-emergency line to report.

Reminder: There’s an adventure “running” race being held all day mostly on the Main Loop so the ETH is swamped. If you’re attempting to ride today, use Martin Dairy Rd WTH and ride the West Loop (closest to Interstate).

*Hope some of these runner brought hand trimmers and rakes as they move around the course! 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤙🏽

Hope Evernyone took advantage of this great weather and trail conditions to burn off some 🦃……. Chris Weathers pulled sand from the power line downhill and switchbacks just prior to that, that section is FAST! West trail has been rideable for weeks but is now completely dry. Weekend is here, see you all out on the trails.

New reroute has been added to allow the county to continue with their work building a new kiosk, bike station and common area currently where the old kiosk stand. They project to be finished by March or hopefully sooner, but we need to get our reroute in so that you continue cutting grading and doing all their process.Please follow the yellow postage sign and enjoy the new ending!
