Unpopular opinion: Therapy doesn’t have to be overly complicated.

Sometimes Its our beautiful beach where you go to breathe and think. It’s the morning gym session where you fall into a rhythm. The little cafe where the owner knows your name. Downtown NSB at golden hour when the whole city feels alive.
