We were honored to join an incredible group of people on Sunday morning who showed up for the AFSP walk to raise awareness, share resources, and honor and remember so many people who died by su***de. Thank you to all who stopped by our booth, and to my good friend and therapist partner in our equine -assisted psychotherapy program, Tara Linsley. It was wonderful to be in the presence of so many caring individuals and amazing community partners. "You are not alone" There are so many amazing resources in our community!

Howdy folks! September is su***de awareness month! We were honored to participate in the 22 mile walk last weekend for Speak up; Tomorrow needs you! Amazing group of people making a difference in the world. This Sunday, we will be at the Port Orange City Center for the Out of Darkness Walk hosted by the American Foundation for Su***de Prevention Central Florida Chapter Come by and see us Sunday morning!

We welcomed back our riders as schools reopened and summer camps ended! It is going to be a great season! Time in the saddle helps to build core strength and increase muscle tone. Riders also benefit from improved balance and coordination, confidence and self esteem! We are so happy to be heading in to the fall season!
