Nice to finally catch the Bluefish! Yes Bluefish!!!
Been a long wait but finally we were able to catch them on a recent private charter trip using good old Diamond Jigs. Our guests had a blast jigging them up one after another. We limited out then did catch and release until it was time to go. Fish were the cocktail sized 2-3lb range. Hopefully more to come. Labor Day Weekend the Shamrock will be available on Sunday 9/6 and Thursday 9/10 for the 5pm-9pm Sunset Fishing trips. We will be fishing for Porgy’s. Contact Capt Pat to make a reservation if you would like to join us. Some pictures from our recent trips- sometimes we have had good action with Porgy’s, a few nice Weakfish and occasional Seabass. Other times we have experienced slow fishing- just how it’s been lately.
