Hi πŸ‘‹ I am Carol McCallum. I am excited to offer Introduction to Tai Chi & Qi Gong. A 6-week course will begin April 30th. Classes will be Wednesdays at 1:30pm, located at D&D White’s Health & Outreach Center at 406 W. End Dr, New Roads, LA 70760.

My journey with Tai Chi began in 2014. I have been practicing for 11 years & have found wonderful health benefits, mental clarity, and heightened self-awareness. I have a deep passion to share this with others in hopes they may feel the same enjoyment.

1 hour sessions per week for 6 weeks. Teaching Levels 1-6. Promotes improved balance, reduced falls, posture, flexibility, breathing. A wonderful mind body exercise that combines both body movements with mental focus and slow breathing.
