This week, we’re opening our doors and inviting the guys to join us for FREE classes all week long!

There’s truly no better feeling as an instructor than finishing class and seeing everyone walking out sweaty, (kind of) smiling, stronger, and a little more confident than when they walked in.

🌱Rooted: Part ✌🏻

We visited the beautiful Erin Prairie Plant Company, a hidden gem just a short drive out of town. Offering seasonal plants, shrubs, and trees, as well as a vineyard and orchard, it’s a truly special place to experience and explore.

We strolled through the vineyard, pruning branches and taking in the beauty of the season around us. As the evening came to a close, we rolled out our mats beneath a dark, moody sky. Distant thunder rumbled in the background while a gentle breeze moved through the vines. Somehow, the storm stayed just far enough away, allowing us to enjoy its beauty through every pose without a single drop of rain. 🌿⛈️

A big thank you to Alessiah for showing us around, sharing the story of how EPPC began, and giving us a glimpse into how it continues to grow and thrive today.

Grateful for the experience, the community, and the reminder that growth takes time. 🌱
