A HUGE THANK YOU to Mr and Mrs Steinke for hosting the end of summer potluck for New Richmond Martial Arts. We all had a great time swimming and playing the water baloon toss. From all of us at NRMA, we have so much gratitude to be able to be a part of such an amazing community we all have built together. Pil Sung!

I’m excited to share that beginning in September, I’ll be teaching yoga twice a week at New Richmond Martial Arts

Whether you’ve never stepped onto a yoga mat or you’ve practiced for years, these classes are for real people looking to move, breathe, and feel better. No pressure. No judgment. Just a welcoming space to reconnect with yourself and your body.

🥋 We challenged one of our students' dads to throw a 540 kick... and he actually accepted! 👊

He earned his black belt in karate years ago, and it's obvious he's still got some skills.

Now I have a question for everyone...

Should we convince him to get back on the mat? His son is testing for his black belt this November, and I think it would be pretty awesome to see them training together.
