Double Features • Last Regular Season night at LaCrosse Speedway • August 15th Recap:

WOW! What a night!

Zach qualified 2nd out of 9 cars. He started 2nd in the first feature but got caught up in a wreck 8 laps in. Though he was able to slow down, he still made contact with the wall. Thankfully, he was still able to drive the car into the pits and our crew instantly got to work! With what looked to be cosmetic damage and some bent bracing, our crew was able to get things put back together so Zach could race the second feature. With the uncertainty of not knowing if they missed something after the wreck, Zach originally wanted to start in the back of the second feature, however seeing that he would be starting up front again, our crew told him to run with it; And he did just that! Zach started 1st in the second feature and held his spot for 15 laps to lock in our 1st Feature Win!!! It was an absolute incredible night for our team!

First and foremost, we have to give a huge thank you to our crew for busting their butts to get the car put back together so we could make it out for the 2nd feature!

Last night wrapped up our regular race season. Our next planned races are Thursday, October 8th, and Friday, October 9th, for the Oktoberfest Race Weekend at LaCrosse Speedway but, you never know…. maybe we’ll toss in a race between now and then. Stay tuned 😉

Saturday August 8th Recap:

Last nights breakout time was a 21.9, Zach’s first too laps in qualifying were too fast so he had to back ‘er down, ultimately qualifying 9th out of 13 cars. He started 4th in the heat and was able to make his 2nd and finished there! Started 11th in the feature where he was spun 8 laps in; He was able to get back with the field and power his way up to 7th where he finished the race.

The car was fast last night despite still battling little to no breaks. We’re planning to dig into the car a little more this week with hopes to figure out what’s going on.

‼️ We will be back at LaCrosse Speedway next Saturday for DOUBLE FEATURES and the last regular season night!
