It is astonishing that we have already reached the midpoint of October 2025. As temperatures decline, the clubhouse will officially close for the season on October 19, 2025. We will maintain regular hours on Saturday, October 18th. This season has been exceptional, and we eagerly anticipate reuniting with everyone in 2026! ⛳

If you have a personal cart stored in the shed that you would like to relocate, please arrange to remove it this week. We will be reorganizing the rental carts in the cart shed later this week and early next week.

A polite reminder regarding the application of bug spray on the golf course: kindly refrain from spraying yourself on the tees and greens, as indicated on hole 8 tee box.

Why does this occur? Bug sprays (particularly those containing DEET) contain solvents and alcohols that can burn and damage grass blades. DEET itself is known to be phytotoxic, meaning it can harm plants on tee boxes or greens.

About Us

Riverview is an beautiful 9-hole golf course located in southern Minnesota, located just minutes from the city of New Richland on 240th Ave. Since opening in 1988, it has provided a fun but challenging golf experience for amateurs to highly skilled golfers. The course features 3075 yards of golf from the longest tee and plays a par 36. Designed by Rich Lorenz, the course features many risk/reward type shots for a lower score. However, many hazards guard these shots so be careful. From hitting some greens in one shot, to maybe even saving a triple bogey on the finishing hole, the course can offer some fun match play for everyone. The course is open seven days a week from morning to dusk, weather and tournament permitting. There are also a number of leagues and tournaments held through out the year. Leagues are a great time to relax and enjoy the outdoors, while also having the ability to meet new golfers.
