This is alignment. Control without tension.

The sartorius is the longest muscle in your body and one of the most important for movement coordination.

It starts at your hip and wraps diagonally across the thigh to the inner knee.

It’s involved in everything from:
🔹 Hip flexion
🔹 External rotation
🔹 Knee stabilization
🔹 Spiral coordination through the leg

In the BodyCode System®, we train the sartorius through spiral movement by integrating it with fascia, breath, and core support.
