Snap Fitness of New Prague is open 24/7 which allows for you to work out at the most convenient time for you! There are

no sign ups for machines, which allows you to work out for as long as you want. We strive to give you the results you want! We have state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment along with a full free weight area. we have a wonderful personal trainer is here to help you! Included with your membership is a Fitness Assessment & Personalized Exercise Program. Squats are a great exercise that work several muscles simultaneously. Did you also know they may also help you improve flexibility + balance and lower your chance of injuring your knees + ankles while exercising?

How to:
- Start your squat by sending your hips back as if you were sitting in an invisible chair.
- Bend your knees to lower your hips, as far as it's comfortable. Aim for thighs parallel to the floor.
- Keep your gaze forward throughout the movement.
- Lift your hips and straighten your legs
- Squeeze your glutes at the top.

Now that your form is locked in, notice just how much you use those muscles in your daily life!

"I was never extremely athletic, but I started scuba diving 30 years ago and it was a lot of work!" To make that work a little easier, Kate started visiting her local Snap Fitness for an hour 5-6 times per week. That hard work paid off when she took the trip of a lifetime to Indonesia! She had no trouble keeping up with the diving and ladder climbing thanks to her motivation in the gym.
