As women we struggle. We struggle with weight, staying tone, and keeping energy. We struggle with time. Time spent with our kids. We struggle with our health and our children's health. We struggle with jiggling our jobs, housework, and cooking and causes stress. Let me help.
I provide 1 hour Zumba classes that are designed to tone and burn crazzzy calories. I encourage moms to bring the kids to rock out too, creating fun and funny memories. My classes are small, and in DJ lighting to relieve the pressure off uncordination. We party and rock out together! This boosts energy, fights child and adult obesity, decreases stress and inhibits a fun hobby you look forward too.

Just in from NY, I now present NY Style Zumba Jams with Julyliah, in Pasco County Florida!!
As women, we don't sweat, we "glow"!
Join me Mon, Wed & Fri Nights at 6:30 and/or 8:00 pm and let's GLOW!!
Black-lights and DJ lights are used to give a nightclub party vibe, however help those who feel self-conscious of their body, and/or dance moves, by taking the spot light off my dancers and focusing on me.
In my class, we take Cardio and toning to the next level. We PARTY. Let me give you a taste of why NY is called "The City that Never Sleeps".
The Choreography for Zumba is not written in stone, it is a guideline used to obtain a terrific cardio workout, using interval training and natural body toning techniques that are mixed in the "dance" moves. This way you don't even realize you are working out! I make my classes a fun nightlife atmosphere, so bring your 2 left feet or pro-twerking skills and lets GLOW!
