Welcome to crawling boot camp! 😂

Crawling may look simple, but it's actually giving kids a chance to work on some BIG skills:
💪 Shoulder & core strength
🧠 Motor planning
🤝 Coordination
👀 Body awareness
⚖️ Balance & stability

And the best part? There are so many ways to crawl! Army crawls, bear crawls, crab walks, and more!
Just remember, crawling is a workout. We learned that the hard way. 😂🥵
