We will be holding our mandatory Team/Parents meeting Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 5:30pm. This meeting will be at the campus with the room number to be announced soon.

We will be going over our team/school rules, our schedule, mandatory team events and answering any questions that you might have. Guest speakers at this meeting will be our Athletic Director, Dakota Wright and the owner of Wabash Lanes, Aaron Shanklin.

I look forward to seeing everyone at the meeting!

The Kent State-Tuscarawas Lady Golden Eagles Bowling Team would like congratulate Austin for bowling a 300 tonight in the Friday night 9-pin league. Way to go buddy!!!

The Kent State University-Tuscarawas Lady Golden Eagles Women’s Bowling Team would like to announce the signing of Ava Starner. Ava is a 2025 graduate of Garaway High School and will be attending the Veterinary Tech program this fall.

During her time bowling for Garaway, Ava was a 4-year letterman, 2 time IVC 1st team member, 2 time team Captain and the team was the 2025 IVC Champions. During her Senior year, Ava placed 2nd (individual) at the Eastern Ohio District tournament and was an individual State tournament qualifier where she placed 58th in the state. Her high game was a 256, with a 2 game high series of 454 and a 3 game series of 634. She finished her senior year with a 180 average.

We would like to congratulate Ava on her signing and welcome her to the KSU-Tusc Lady Golden Eagles!!’

The Kent State University-Tuscarawas Lady Golden Eagles Women’s Bowling Team would like to announce the signing of Conotton Valley’s Ashlynn Hammond.

Ashlynn has been bowling for two years and is a two year letter winner for the Lady Rockets Bowling Team. She had a high score of 192 this year. “We look forward to having Ashlynn on the team as she brings a cheerful attitude and the willingness to learn with her” said Coach Beckley, KSU-Tusc Head Bowling Coach.

Ashlynn will be continuing her academic and athletic careers at the Kent State University-Tuscarawas campus where she is a double major in the Computer Science and Education programs.

Four of our KSU-Tuscarawas Lady Golden Eagle Bowlers participated in the USBC Intercollegiate Singles Tournament Friday, March 13, 2026 at Mt. Lebanon Lanes in Pittsburgh, PA where they bowled 6 games.

The top score for the day was a 190 by Ivy S***z. She was followed by games of 181 by Haylee Myers and Hailee Ulman, and a 179 by Zoey Elliott. This was the last collegiate tournament for Zoey Elliot and Haylee Myers as they are in the 2 year Education program. We would also like to wish these two wonderful ladies good luck with their teaching careers!!
